The most successful program on Liberty Mountain deserves its own forum. We give Coach Green and the Lady Flames their props while breaking down their run to the Big Dance once again.

Ashley Rininger is starting to assert herself as a major scorer. she doesnt dominate the way Katie (Feenstra) did but she definitely is becoming that second or third scorer behind Devon and Tolu

Good win tonight...the turnover thing is again an issue but they did well to overcome it tonight. They HAVE to try to stay out of foul trouble for the bigs against HPU this weekend though

3rd in scoring and 3rd in rebounds! Not bad numbers for only playing 16 minutes a game. If you expand those numbers over 30 minutes a game then you can see her potential.

I have a feeling youll see Coach Green go back to a lot of the sets that he used with Katie and add a few to allow for Ashley's extended range. my question though us where is the other scoring going to come from with Lakendra, Devon, Brittany, and Tolu all gone after this season

Totally agree. Been wondering that myself since the beginning of this year. Hopefully the redshirts and the incoming freshmen next year can be adequate replacements. We definitely will need some offense from the 2 and 3 positions.

I would expect to see more of Emily and Reagan in the backcourt together next year with 3 bigs. We signed a swing player whose game sounds a lot like Devon´s, but that´s a lot to ask of a Freshman. Jesse Edmonds is a Freshman swing and the only player redshirting this year. Looks like she was a bigtime scorer in HS, but that was at a small christian school in NC.

Don't let the small school fool you. She was sought by many southeast mid-majors; she's the real deal. This redshirt year will be the best thing for her from a health and personal standpoint.
