The Lady Flames welcome Div II Glenville State to Vines as part of the first doubleheader of the season.

The Lady Pioneers come in averaging just under 100 ppg and have attempted 167 three pointers so far in 4 games (making 48)

We are up 39-23 at the end of an ugly first half. The lead should be at least 25.

Glennville plays a VMI style full court press, and we had 18 turnovers. Many of those came after breaking the press and having 3 or 4 on 1 breaks, only to fumble or throw the ball away.

Finally started doing a bit better job in the last few minutes to push the lead out after it had been single didgets most of the half. Devon leading the way with 12, despite sitting several minutes with 2 fouls.

Glenville is 4 for 34 from 3 point land. That is terrible. Our offense is turning it up a notch in the second half and we lead 60-32.

I've said it before here and got kindof ripped for it, but I don't care. I get really annoyed when we are humiliating a pitiful outmatched opponent and Jamie Hall insists on raving about how good they are. We are up 70-36, and if it were not for Ray Jones' play by play and the scoreboard, you'd think Glenville was winning from listening to his commentary.

Oh I was listening on WWMC. 86-45 final now. J Antic had a great second half with 12 points and 10 boards. This should be a prelude to what we should do to the Big South bottom feeders

Liberty wins 86-45. Devon brown with 20, Rachel McLeod with 14 and Jelena Antic with 12. LU also does not make at least one three pointer for the first time in over 3 years as LU goes 0-1 from deep.
