Antic, Coy, Ramey & Washington Sign with LU

Liberty Head Women’s Basketball Coach Carey Green, whose 2008-09 roster features six seniors, has begun taking steps to replace them. Jelena Antic, Carra Coy, Angie Ramey and LaKendra Washington have all signed national letters of intent to attend Liberty University for the 2009-10 academic year.

The only one of the three we haven't talked much about is Ramey. I would expect us to add another signing or two in the spring.

Antic (Skopje, Macedonia), a 6-2 shooting guard, attends high school just one mile from the Vines Center, at Liberty Christian Academy (LCA)...

Coy (Summerville, S.C.) will add needed size to the Liberty roster, as the center from Northwood Academy stands 6-7...

Ramey (Clarksville, Tenn.) is a 6-2 forward/center from Kenwood High School...

Washington (Milwaukee, Wis.), a 5-8 combo guard from The Hope School, will add depth to the Lady Flames’ backcourt.
