I suspected from Sly's first post in this thread that if the discussion started to go in this direction it would draw a comment, and I understand his concern. Although generalizations/steriotypes are almost invariably based in fact, they don't take individuality into account and can definately be inflammitory.

Those who are old enough to remember Bill Cosby's old comedy routines (I can still do large portions of "Noah....RIGHT!" from memory) may remember the one about the rhinosaurus in the living room.

Apparently, the guy from the Netherlands failed to make the connection. Trust and credibility weigh heavily in the recruiting process. Lex Sherard is not only an excellent bench coach, but he's also here to change the face of our recruiting to a certain extent.
