Did anybody check out the recruit on campus today?

i did. and i liked him. really big kid that moves great! he would be a freshmen if you know what i mean. he has to learn, but he will be good in the future. i like him.. he has a couple of visits to go on in Nebraska and a juco. he's been to Miss. St. but didnt like it.

How big is he?

i only know that his first name is lamarr. thats it. sorry

Is that with the Federation or the Romulans?

I know Genesis One has a low academic policy, and the school could lose its eligibility as a prep school.....hopefully not a liability in the classroom, but he has size!

I believe thats actually a Ferengi colony and not attached to the Federation. Although they did sign an alliance with the Klingons when threatened by the Jem Hadar.

As for our "Big Man" The NCAA is really cracking down on these types of Diploma mills. I would think he would be fine this year if he is coming in for the 06 07 season. if not, he and we will have admission issues

Talked with Coach tonite at the Lynchburg Sports Club and he said he's hoping for a commitment tonite! Or at least an answer, I believe another visit is going to be made in a few weeks, which I dont understand why he would commit yet take another visit....but we'll see, he said his build is a lot like Coach Jones, and if you've ever seen Coach Jones you know he's 100% all man

The name of the player in mention is Lamont Winters. Yes he doe play for Genesis 1 and yes he is a major talent. The coaching staff has done a tremendous job recruiting this young man. He would be a great addition to the team next year.

yall asked for a big man, and you'll be getting a big man, 6'8" 260lbs C...He just called coach at around 11, and the papers should be in tomorrow. This is great news guys, like I've said before, Alex was a part of the puzzle but not the answer, this along with Armon, Alex should be all we were looking for....this kid runs the floor great and can even run with and some say better than Alex which is great for his size.
