White Out on Tuesday

Yeah...I know this is being discussed in the game thread already...but this is pretty cool and deserves a spot of its own. We (the faculty) just got the following to encourage all students to participate:
We are adjusting the class dress code tomorrow to accommodate a “white out” for the Winthrop game tomorrow night. Students may wear t-shirts, sweat shirts, etc., as long as they are white. I don’t know if you have ever considered allowing faculty to participate in these adjustments or not but I typically have some faculty asking me if they can. Sorry for the short notice, Jeff just called me this morning

If I was Jon I would pass that on to all my 10 friends and have them give it to their friends, etc.

Although it would not be original, I do think it would be very cool if RMc did a Pitino and showed up rockin a white suit. Maybe a baggy linen "Miami Vice" look. I'm thinking of the Wil Smith line from Men in Black....... "The difference between you and me is, I make this look GOOD."

When Pitino was asked when he would wear that suit again he responded....Never. While it would be a classic show of support, id be suprised to see him in a white suit.

I think that's because they played awful in the first half, and then he changed into a black suit at halftime and Louisville came back and won. He said he had to change because he spilled a diet cola on the white suit. He also said he planned to wear it to the Kentucky Derby, and then auction it off for charity.

Now THAT would be awesome if McKay pulled that off. If he doesn't want to go the white suit, he could go with a white polo, white pants, and white shoes. 8)

It was sent from Rist via our dept secretary. Guess English faculty are out of the loop since they are less likely to attend anyway.

Fumble, the email was finally forwarded to me at 4:34. I hate it when secretaries have to work overtime like that.

Somewhere Medic is stewing at that statement, Scar. Prepare for an MS Pain onslaught.
