A Sea Of Red

Has anyone noticed that in the top 4 stat catagories in NCAA basketball. there is at least one Big south player in the top 3 in each catagory?

Points- #1 Reggie williams VMI
Rebounds- #3 AZ reid HPU
Assists- #2 Bannister LU
Assists- #3 Jefferson HPU
Field goal %- #1 Kenney George UNCA

Not to mention UNCA is # 4 as a team in Field goal shooting and VMI is #1 in the nation in scoring. and VMI is also #3 in three pointers a game. PRESBY is #4

can we say now with a little more confidence that the Big South is gaining ground on its way to Mid-major confrence supremecy?

Don't forget blocks...I think George is pretty high up in that category, too.
