Good win. Seems like we played pretty well. I missed the first half though. Free throws were amazing!

I don't think WRVL had reconnected their stream after LU's network maintenance earlier today, so I don't think anyone could have listened online.

The student section showed up big time today. Not many empty seats. They just were sitting on their hands the whole time.

3300??? There has GOT to be something wrong with the way we're counting. But I'll second that about the students. They really came out today. At least physically. If we could get them into the game, we would never lose at home, ever. I was sitting behind some dudes who didn't even move after that first oop by Smith, which is by far one of the top 2 dunks at LU I've ever seen.

Also, good try with the caution tape around the top sections trying to force the crowd down. They pretty much just sat there anyway.

Great job by the LUnatics, as well. I was enthused by the crowd...which appeared much larger than 3395. Perhaps the atmosphere in the Vines is starting to turn the corner. Hopefully, the students will bring some noise against Coastal on Monday.

I saw SJ and some other guy from my dorm getting interviewed during the game while I was working at the radio station

Yes, but this time they interviewed him.

Don't worry, SJ. I've got it recorded for you.
Scorcho...can you post that interview on Youtube?

After that first weekend on the road, it feels great to be in the win column in league play.

I, too, am interested in how the count was formulated. The gym was way over 50% full...especially with all the people lined up at our TWO concession stands. Some people did not get out of line after half-time until there was 10 mins left in the game.

Glad to see a good crowd out tonight...I would say the crowd was closer to 4500...but who knows...the student side was full, but the other side was fairly thin...so who knows...

I thought the guys played hard...and I know I was very critical of TJ's play in the past...he is really playing well lately and am happy with how he is improving....

great ft shooting...only thing that keeps hurting us is the second chance opportunities we tend to give other teams....but overall I am happy...and I hope the turnout continue to grow...sadly I will not be able to go to any games during the week...only Saturday games...

Coaches should never wear crew necks under their suit jackets. I hope you guys were all over him for that fashion faux pas.

Yes...very loud. We could hear the chants as far up as we were on the far side. Once more students get on-board, the LUnatics will make the Vines a very interesting place for visitors.
