If Ritchie McKay has proven anything during his first several months as Liberty's basketball coach, it's that he's adaptable.
McKay's varied gameplans in the season's first three months have kept the Flames in just about every game they've played. Against Virginia Tech, McKay unveiled a zone defense and slow-down defense designed to force the Hokies' athletes into crawl mode.
