I might actually be there. Depends on how things go.

Sly one correction. Jones never played past high school. In fact he wasn't even in coaching the first 5 years after college much like myself. I was surprised to know that he was into coaching back in 94. We did work together at Liberty for a couple of seasons though and he was on staff at Winthrop for their 1st big south championship. Looking forward to seeing my good friend Jones.

Nyack had a game last night before they headed toward Lynchburg.

Men's Basketball

Blauvelt, NY (1/2/08) – The Nyack College men's basketball team defeated St. Thomas Aquinas College this evening, 59-47. With the win The Warriors improve to 4-7 overall.

STAC took an early 5-0 lead with some hot shooting to start, but Nyack settled in and came back. The first half was a defensive battle as both teams struggled to score. Nyack shot 46% to STAC's 30% but some 3-point baskets from STAC kept them close as Nyack had a slight edge going into halftime, 26-20.
