Its tough for me to call in from Qatar so I'm asking somebody who normally doesn't call to fill in for me in my absence. Let's step up and show these programs some love (insert GMTM joke here).

That's too bad, Sly. Calling from Qatar may have been an all-time record in distance for the Flames Hotline, unless our friend SeoulFlame calls in from Korea.

Ok I'm tuned in but someone kicked the cord out at Applebees. We lost the feed.

7:10 and we finally get back on the air...I don't think GMTM and coach McKay know they weren't on.

I knew but we had some phone line problems last night... Also the people in Applebees get the straight feed so they could hear...It does pay to come out to the show!!!!

But if you are sitting close to the bar, you can't hear a thing. I was in the restaurant, listening to the show on my walkman radio.

We have two speakers set up on the side of which the broadcast is done... I think all of the tables where filled up in that area last night... I appreciate you coming out last night and hopefully we will see this show grow and that the town will understand that there are more than just UVA and VT fans in this area....

Yea, those speakers work great if you are sitting on that side. I was just in a bad location. I think it's great that you guys broadcast your show from there.

That was probably a funny image for anyone walking in. "What's with that guy?"

Very awkward--my wife was sitting on my left, and I had the earplug in my right ear, listening/watching the show. And she kept asking me, what are they saying? I offered her my other earplug (like they do in the C-lab), but there are some things that even husbands & wives don't want to share.
