Now we get into the meat of the schedule to tell what kind of team we're gonna be this year.

Nice stretch of home games between now and exams...
...hopefully the students will come out and support the team.

its a good little home stand...nothing is a given...not even Longwood, as we have seen in years past....I am looking forward to being able to go to all of these games....next semester will be much more busy and I am not sure how many non-Saturday games I will be able to attend...

They're pretty comparible to Big South teams, unlike all our other games we've played to this point. I believe that was LUconn's point.

Yummy, Scrapple.
So are they the Piggies not the Lancers now?

I actually laughed out loud at that!!
My comment was actually meant as humor :pig :rofl and not as offense to the Lancers. And I do realize that they beat us last year at their place under RD's watch (with SCAR showing up with 5:39 left in the 1st half).

over break I saw Longwood vs. IU on the Big Ten network and even though Longwood got slaughtered they had some good shots and some great fundamentals...I think this could be a closer game this most think.

i think a crowd shows and we play well with a crowd so hopefully we pull out a win, and see taco bell is loved by all!

Because I know it's the only place you go in Lynchburg. Well, there or La Villa so you can hit on the 16 year old waitress.

They weren't 16! just because somone has braces doesn't mean they are automaticlly too young for me! and to keep this on topic. I'll be there with the baker bunch(lord can't we pick somone else to have an obsession for?) tomorrow night.

How do you know we play well with a crowd? I don't think any of our current players have played in front of a "home crowd."

She was good looking.

She was maybe a sophomore in high school.

Ok, she was probably 17. Still, he's older than me, and I cut the line off at, uh, 17 and a half.

thanks shfouteen. oh and as far as the home crowd. i'm not saying they have but as history has revealed. big home crowd=hostile atmosphere for opponent=we play better. tis all a matter of deduction my dear watson!
