Thoughts and predictions?

UK by 50.

They are mad.

We aren't that good (yet).

I don't think it will be pretty.

I want the boys to prove me wrong, however, if there is ever a time for me to predict us to lose, this is it.

They couldn't beat us by 50 if we had 4 guys point shaving :P They are not THAT good. I think we have a chance to compete to tell the truth. Sure they will be upset and ready to bounce back but that is not all it takes to win a basketball game. We will have a good game plan and if we execute, we can hang with them. Kentucky by 48.... KIDDING.

I'm not saying thats how much better they are.

It's just the perfect storm.

And that's a bit of an exaggeration as well ;-)

We are gonna get whipped. But I am hoping they prove me wrong.

I think we'll be in the game till about half-time, at that point it depends on our bench if we have only 3 guys coming off the bench again we won't last the 2nd half at all. I'm thinking we'll lose 80-60 somewhere around there.

I don't think it will be that bad. This isn't top 25 normal Kentucky. If you play a good game you should be in it.

It was an exaggeration.

I am tempted to go edit it.

If you want my official prediction, I say

let's be honest here, Kentucky has more talent and more talented depth. rather they are as good as in the past means nothing in this game because they are clearly a superior team when they decide taht defense is required and not optional like they made it in the GW game.

LU's not scoring 58. UK isn't scoring 83, either (they'll score considerably more).

94-52

our best player (meeks) is out for 4-6 weeks - but I'll bet that Billy Clyde got there attention in the last couple of weeks. Cats by 25.

Going to be a closer game than everyone is expecting, I believe. If it was at home, I'd say we would pull out the upset... however, with it being at their gym, I'm not expecting a win.

Give me:

UK - 63
LU - 55

If it was a Saturday game I'd take you up on that, but can't take 2 days off work.

They've been staring at this game for 2 weeks. They'll either be very well prepared, or they'll be very rusty. In other words I have no idea what the score will be.

i thought tyler is still recovering from an injury? 30 in a limited 10 minutes is going to be quite a showing!
