Anthony looking good with 21 points thus far. TeeJay with 10 points and 10 assists already  . We haven't seen those numbers from the point in a LONG time. Alex needs to pick it up though.

We are shooting 57% from the field and are 11-19 from 3 point range. Certainly Barber is doing :cartwheels with that type of production.

You've planned that post for like 6 or 8 months right?

He's has a good shot in practice. Didn't play much last year. We knew he would get more PT, just a matter of how he would play with that PT.

We really need someone to step up at the 2 spot this year. That will be the key to our success. We have TEEJay, Anthony, and Alex who anchor the 1, 3, and 5 spots; Rell and Tyler will be good enough at the 4. So, either Kyle, BJ, or Jeremy need to step up.

No sign of Tyler, Anderson, or Nathan Campbell yet. I'm sure I'm missing someone.

Is Tyler hurt?

Barton hits a 3 to tie it up at 75 with 30 seconds left.

Tie game. We're missing everything now. Misses 3 - 3s in a row and 1 tip in.

Similar game to our game against Barton last year, with a better outcome, but still a game that close to any DII team (National champion or not) leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.

With TeeJay's 14th assist of the game Rell hits the game winner. 77-75. Good game for the guys. Always better to get a win.

We win 77-75 with Rell Porter's shot. Got outrebounded by 32-26. got to be a concern. Also the turnovers hurt. Shooting was great all around but need to defend the 3 better. 1st game jitters I guess. Not sure what to take out of this game.

With a coaching change you have to expect that close of a game. Looks like Kyle could be what we need at the 2. TeeJay is the real deal.
