A Sea Of Red

I remember hearing something a few months back on RMK having a connect with nike and that leading to some new threads for the boys...
does anyone have an update on this or pics?
hopefully this was more than a rumor...we really looked like a bunch of nobodies in the past few seasons wearing uni's that looked like they came off of the sale rack at steve and barry's

I actually liked the gear last season. But I too look forward to seeing what we wear next.

I liked last year's too, except for the blue looking black. They weren't some generic template that everybody uses. But I am looking forward to seeing what we'll get this year. Luckily those new Nike unis are for their "elite" teams only. They're awful looking, although recruits will probably like them.

Wow I really have to disagree with that Josh. As an owner of both the 94 jerseys and the 2007, I can say the 07's are the sweetest we have had. I loved those uni's last year. I have seen moc ups of this year's jersey and the closest thing I can compare them to are the USA team from the summer. I hope the blue is the same color as those were because I really liked those but the moc ups didn't seem to have that dark blue. I believe we will only have 2 jersey's this year though. No alternates as was reported by me from an inside source. I think they just wanted to go basic this year.

Team USA's were very similar. I hate hate hate, those stupid little triangular peices of trim on the shoulders.

Luconn I think Team USA was much more plain than those Kentucky jerseys. Why didn't you just google a pic of team USA? Are you losing your touch man?

I did, and I thought they looked similar to those, because you said these were similar to USA's.

I'd also like to mention that New Jersey smells bad.

Well I guess they do look like Kentucky. The looked more plain on TV to me. I still like them though. NJ does smell a little.

I was being sarcastic at the same time.....last years jerseys looked like high school jerseys......they were way too big for our team too
