I know there was a thread about this a few months ago, but its cool to be reading up on the Orlando Magic as the season gets going and hearing about a former LU player

Richardson, a former deadeye shooter at Liberty University, was hired by the Magic to work with Howard from May to August.

He tweaked Howard's form, from his starting position to his release and follow-through, making sure he shot the ball in a fluid motion.

"Dwight's come a long way from where he was," Richardson said. "He has a natural shooting touch. I didn't have to start over with him, just tweaked a few things.

I am hoping Chaz gets up for the alumni game again. This time I hope he brings his jump shot since he left it in Orlando last year.

this guy really has dwight shooting the ball so much better (FT percentage this pre-season is way up)....the Magic will be on tv tomorrow morning, I will watch some of it...it will be interesting to see

they were talking about this on the Cleveland Orlando game this morning

yeah, i watched most of that game while in my office....man, has dwight improved his free throw shooting....its amazing...
