I'm not as good as SCAR and GMTM at promotions, but we will have an interview with Coach McKay in the morning. It will have some serious questions, but the second half will focus more on the lighter side of things.
It is scheduled to air at 7:10 AM... I will try to re-air it again closer to the end of the show (around 10:00 AM)
You can listen online at

I can just imagine a puzzled JMK thinking "what's with these people and 'cartwheels'?"

I'm sure he'd be tickled to know the source.

You better be careful.. the only reason you woke up this morning was because Jack Bauer allowed you to wake up.

I am praying for your poor soul tonight....hahaha
24 looks alright, but i have refrained from watching a single episode...I do not need to get into any other tv show....I don't have the time....plus all you 24 fans are crazy...it scares me
seriously TD I am saying a prayer for you right now!! haha

I watched the first three seasons of 24 as they were broadcast. (Rather than picking it up on DVD later like it seems most people have done.) It's been the same thing over and over ever since season three. Guns! Terrorists! Nukes! vs. Jack Bauer! Boooooring.

For what it's worth, The Unit is better than 24 and what is the story behind the cartwheels?

now a legend on here
our former coach had a statement attributed to him - something along the lines of "Most ADs would be doing cartwheels..." [over my performance]
thats the gist of it. whether he actually said it or not is of little consequence at this point. Its now taken on a life of its own.
sorta Pandora's Box around here.

He said it in a TV interview with Dennis Carter. I wish I had the tape of it.
