The most common comment among BSC coaches is that we have the best talent in the league (which I say we do/did/still have/always had even when SCAR laced up the nut huggers) so it doesn't sound like the "other" BSC coaches were trembling in their boots over RD either. They ARE concerned we will get someone who can do something with the talent we have. A new coach may not and probably will not be a step back.
