We began conference play with a victory over High Point and we can wrap up the regular season the same way. Wouldn't it be nice for a little symmetry?

I was out of town all weekend and I had no access to a computer, and I don't see why there is not even a score update on here. I know we got it handed to us, but can't we all be more supportive of the guys rather than acting like there was no game on Saturday.

Sorry for my venting. Just letting out some of the anger from a very frustrating season. Wouldn't it be great if we could steal one on Tuesday night?

The site was down. I got some message when I tryed to get on that said something about a drive error, I think. I was hoping to get some updates on the softball and baseball games this weekend but was unable to.

We had issues with our webhost. Thankfully they finally resolved the issues tonight. Like many others I believe I was starting to show withdrawal symptoms.

HPU 78 LU 49 F. Looks like we were competitive in the first half then the second half came and LU stunk it up.

Seems to be a running theme. Let's hope we get all out now before the tourney.

hopefully they just keep losing thier legs...we can play with these guys when we put it all together i think the 1st halves & WU game prove it, but if we have to keep asking LB for 40 minutes then we'll be hurting b/c he along with the others well simply run out of gas

That was the exact reason I asked on the other board why we were playing Larry. There was no point in it. We couldn't move into 7th place and we couldn't drop into 9th. The game really could've been played like a scrimmage or a Week 17 game in the NFL and rest the guys who normally play. Maybe that only makes sense in my head. We couldn't score for 16 minutes in a game on Thursday and it wasn't because we weren't getting shots. Larry played all 40 minutes on Monday night after playing a ton against Radford the previous Saturday. There was no point whatsoever for him to play a ton yesterday. Had he tweaked an ankle or knee or something everyone on this board would be saying the same thing.

In all likelihood, Larry's season is over this week. I'm sure he'd be the first to tell you that he'll have plenty of time to recover once the tourney is done. Players want as many minutes as they can get. And you can't score from the bench.

Coach D is no idiot and he knows where 80% of his points are going to come from....if we lost by 20 with LB what would we have lost by without him? it wouldnt be pretty, but I do understand and agree with you I just showing the reasoning that prob. went behind it
