If history is any indication, if anyone else had numbers even remotely close than Brew won't get anything.
I know, WEF. That was for your benefit.

notice Brew has cut down on his turnovers SIGNIFICANTLY?

AZ scored more, averaged 1 more rebounds, but turned the ball over 2-3 times more than Brew. He also played 10-15 minutes more than Brew did in each game, and his team went 1-1 while LU went 2-0.
I could see co-POW.

I think Brew is proving that he is LU's best and most valuable player

Chances are if Brew doesn't get something the cries of an anti-LU bias in the Big South will rain from the mountaintops afresh

On further inspection, Michael Jenkins will win it hands down, and deservedly so:
28 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assist, 2 TO, 31 mins
25 points, 1 rebound, 4 assists, 2 TO, 32 mins
AZ Reid had a good week.
Reggie Williams
19 points, 3 rebounds, 5 assist, 4 TO, 34 mins
36 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assist, 2 TO, 38 mins
KJ Garland had a good week:
25 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 TO, 30 minutes
15 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 TO, 36 minutes

Averages:
Brew:
22 points, 6.5 rebounds, 3.5 assist, 1.5 TO
Reid:
30.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 1.5 assist, 4.5 TO
Jenkins:
26.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 TO
Reggie Williams:
27.5 points, 4 rebounds, 3.5 assist, 2 TO
Garland:
20 points, 6.5 rebounds, 4.5 assist, 2 TO
I'm ranking it:
1) Jenkins
2) Brew (we won twice)
3) AZ Reid (his team lost a game)
4) Reggie Williams
5) KJ Garland

When I made the first post, I didn't realize how good of a week Jenkins had. He deserves it.

That's about the best field of Player-of-the-week candidates I've ever seen in the Big South...
Jenkins has a chance at it, but playing VMI in one of those games may hurt his chances a little bit...

I don't think Brew even has a chance.

That kid won because his team did, not because he put up the best numbers.

If that kid only played two games last week, do you think he would've won? What a joke. The whole conference is a joke.
