I left because I don't think it's right to form a decision until after the season. As many times as I've gone back and forth, I just don't think I should make a decision until every is said and done and the fat lady sings.

that's the problem with personalizing a sports teams wins and losses. I'm not saying fans shouldn't get frustrated- just that there is always a "hidden" cost and its usually borne by the FAMILY of the coaches

(see: Karcher, Tomlin, etc)

just something to keep in mind when we all (myself included) go on these benders about canning someone. They are human and have lives just like we do. Its gotta be tough for families to sit and read sometimes.

Though it goes along with the job, it is interesting to reflect and think about what it would be like if you had hundreds or even thousands of people saying you suck and should be fired on a daily basis. And have that broadcast to your family and friends.
