Team....big south..Overall
Winthrop....5-0.....15-4
High Point..5-0.....14-5
CCU...........4-1.....11-7
UNC-A........2-3.....6-13
Radford......2-4.....7-14
VMI............1-3.....8-12
Liberty.......1-4.....7-12
CSU...........0-5.....5-14

I was actually counting on Monday to be a gimme game; but after CSU taking HPU to OT, we could be sitting in last after tomorrow. If that happens, even Paradox couldn't put a positive spin on the program; and it could be BYOB (Bring your own BAG) to the game on Saturday.

So, if we lose on Monday to Charleston Southern, Dunton's squad that Chris Lang picked to finish 3rd in the conference will be tied for LAST PLACE?

We would be in last place alone. CSU would have the tie breaker

Thanks, Richy. But that's even worse than I tought--we would be DEAD LAST in the conference.

Anybody think we will blow out CSU on Monday night at their place?

They just took HPU to OT so either they'll be ticked and run us out of the gym or they will be tired.

We're on the verge of being the worst team in the next to last conference in the country.

next to last conference in the country
Okay, Super, I have to ask: What is the WORST conference in the country?

Excuse me, we are currently 29th out of 32. We've moved up. The only ones below us are the Independents, the MEAC, and the SWAC.

We are behind traditional powers such at the NEC and A-Sun.

I'm iffy on tomorrow night. A loss wouldn't surprise me, but I expect us to win.

Put me down for the L tonight. Every game from now on is an L, we'll finish with the same amount of wins we had last year... and most of our wins this year were against NAIA teams.

You guys also have to take into consideration that you have lost the 4 games to the top 4 in the standings so far. I expect you'll win tonight.

Have I been drinking or did I just see that Dickens and I agreed that we would win tonite. Maybe the ice storm we just had was due to lake effect snow from the Lake of Fire. Someone check with Sadaam and see what the temperature is down there.

it's nice and sunny for me.......The reason I think we will win is that Larry hasn't had a blowout game yet where he dominates.......I just have a feeling it will be tonight

I'm counting on us losing all of our road games until we actually win one. Why should we expect to win one, when we haven't in 2 years?

I agree completely.

Sometimes you're just glad to be proven wrong.
