Once LB leaves, who will be the leader and main scorer on the team?

Brew?
Ace?
Smith?
Bannister?

If Anthony starts taking a few more shots per game, he could easily lead this team in scoring but if Brew is still here, than I'd imagine it would be him.

It depends on what role Brew plays, he could be a great set up man. And if he is, Smith may get the most looks. He certainly has teh ability to lead the team in scoring, it's only a matter of what the dynamics are like w/o #22

With solid starters Smith, Brewington, and Mclean all coming back we could just play to our strenths, go with the hot hand, find the best match up, ect.

That said, senior point gaurd TJ Bannister would need to step up as the floor leader and catalyst.

Jenkins, Holland, and Baker are only going to get better, so I'm sure that they'll be some opportunities there as well.

Any word on the skills of the 7 footer we are getting from Africa? Is he a diamond in the rough project, or does he have the potential to be an Aluma or Julius type of scorer?

mentioned in his thread that he is playing for one of the better club teams back home- this guy evidently is both- skills now AND potential.

Our most recent 7-footer wasn't good, so I will wait until he is on campus

Are you counting Russ as our last 7'footer?

I don't think Russ is from Africa; the News & Advance reported several weeks ago that LU signed a 7 footer from Nigeria.

Hope segun, was not as terrible as we remember him, actually he was somewhat highly thought of before injuring both of his knees. he went from athletic shot blocker defensive stopper, to non athletic guy on the bench that was really tall....the only question was why did we bring in a 7 with bad knees and no offense???
