A Sea Of Red

We now have a new scoreboard that lists the players' numbers, points, and fouls. The only problem is, the numbers are so small that you can't see them from the other side of the Vines Center, unless you have better than 20/20 vision.

boy I can't wait to see these screens everyone keeps killing. I am going down to the Vines to check them out soon....I hope I like it.

That's some great news. Glad to see they are putting some money into the Vines. Now, how about fixing some of those seats?

yeah- can they put leather couches in for people like me who drive so far to get there their backs are in KNOTS for weeks afterwards?

Funny, because they do have one. But you have to win the right to sit there somehow.

I'm hoping for better concessions in the Vines--like nacho cheese that is actually WARM. And some chilli and onions for the hot dogs would be nice, too.

i would like to see dominoes. when i got pizza there i think it was the ROT. it was alright but not worth the money for sure

Well I saw the screens but I have not seen them in action and won't until tomorrow night. The seams are obvious and there are 10 panels in each one fastened together to form one big screen. I guess you could get used to them though.

i am going to prepare an e-mail to JB and ask him about the possibility of fixing the seats, and see how much it will cost and who's responsibility it is to fix. i do not have the money, but im sure i can find someone who does. LU has a real problem in letting its facilities go down hill, and it is just not a good practice, and it makes zero financial sense!

in all honesty, I think its a great thing that they are trying to do big things with the vines, but the new screens suck. You can see the lines in them, they are small, and i thought when they were "upgrading them" that they would be better...
