Don't know if you guys have seen him in person (he traveled in civis last year with the team) but Kenny George from UNCA is playing now. He stands at 7'6 and from what WEF told me, he actually is 7'8 on the court because he has to wear special shoes. He actually had a pretty good game tonight in limited (14) minutes (which I think b/c of his health and size he'll always be regulated to) scoring 6 on 3-6 shooting, getting 9 rebounds, 4 offensive, and 5 blocks. I can't wait to watch our UNCA game and you guys should definitely not miss the one in Lynchburg.

And obviously, he dunks without jumping.

Yeah, I saw him when they were playing UNC on tv the other day. He had a dunk in that game without jumping.

I saw that game too. I believe the UNCA/Liberty game down in the Justice Center will be webcast in early January by the Big South. I will have to tune in. They said on TV on Sat that Kenny has grown to 7-7 since the school year started and that with the lifts he is actually 7-8 as WEF and Realist suggested. They play him with 7-1 C.J. Walker as well sometimes.

I saw that game. He's about as agile as a statue. Just keep the tempo up.

I saw the highlights from the UNC game, he is the quickest player. He is bigger than the other 7 footer they had a few years back - the gut with googles.

Actually, he's 7'9" with his shoes on... Doesn't move so well. CJ actually moves pretty well...still nothing like Greg Oden etc. Kenny's biggest problem is getting back on defense...unless UNCA is running he can get down the court as they toss the ball around the outside 4 or 5 times before even looking down low, haha. He can't play more than 10 minutes anyway, he's knees aren't fully healthy and he hasn't played (before this year) in over 2 years. Once he gets in shape and gets in the flow of the game he should get better. He actually has pretty good hands for a guy his size.
