Up by 21 with 6:24 to go in the first and I’m still not confident with this lead. Need to keep running up the score.

Starting to feel better about this lead up 27 points midway through the second half. Who knew we would be conference champs once ihnen went down.

I deserve a smack down for referring to this team as a “middle of the pack” team about a month ago. I gladly take my lumps and couldn’t be happier for being so wrong. What a performance today!

The reality of CUSA.
We get the 1 seed, and as our reward, in our first tourney game we will play either UTEP, who had absolutely owned us prior to our getting our first win over them on 2/15, or Sam Houston, who plays everyone tough.
Jax St lost to KSU, so we are outright champions.

Javon Maughmer interviewed postgame. I can't remember hearing him before. Impressive. Super articulate and says all the right things.

The last two games have probably been the best we played all year. Thinking we might have a decent chance of winning the tournament, if we can keep it up. #4 is going to be a very good player.
