Jaron Pierre of Jax St has been tearing up the rest of CUSA and will no doubt be POY.

In 2 games against Liberty he has scored 22 points in 75 minutes, shooting 7-35 from the floor.

Team effort for sure, but the guy spearheading it has been Jayvon Maughmer.

He should be defensive POY, but probably won't. Regardless of conference, that award is almost invariably handed to whoever blocks the most shots, and a lot of those guys actually suck when it comes to playing head to head defense.
