2 PG lineup: How do you feel?

Jenkins is really coming on strong as of late and with Brew's new eligibility coming up, I think we need to keep him involved. It would be a real small lineup since you've got to have Blair in there, obviously and he's kind of a tweener himself. Or I guess you could actually use it while Blair is getting some rest to compinsate for his versatility. It would look something like:
1. Jenkins
2. Brewington
3. Blair/Smith
4. Porter/Smith
5. McLean
I've always liked it when 2 ballhandlers are out on the court with other teams, but we've never really had 2 good ones. I think this would be really tough to defend. It might not work so well on the defensive end unless it was the Smith and Porter lineup.

LUConn: Actually, Jenkins has been playing the two lately instead of the one and Holland has been the backup point. This is just going from what I would do if I was the coach, not from any knowledge of what Randy is going to do once Dwight is eligible, but the odd man out of the lineup to me right now would be Rell Porter. He's not rebounding all that well and his defense has been OK, and those are really the only things he can give you. He's not going to score. He's not going to finish around the basket. I still like him as a backup at the two forward positions, so he'll get plenty of minutes.
My depth chart would be:
PG -- Brewington/Holland
SG -- Blair/Jenkins
SF -- Smith/Porter
PF -- Hubbard/Porter
C -- McLean/Baker

I agree w/ Lang, unless Porter gets it going, he's the odd man out.

I must have a disclaimer attached to my comments on this since I talk to coach on a regular basis but I would like to see this be the starting lineup.
Brew
Blair
Smith
Hubbard
McLean
Keep playing J Holland and BJ together with Rell, Smith or Brew at the 3 then Tyler can play some 4 and 5. Jones/Monroe play the 10 minutes that McLean is not on the floor at the 5.

I hope you mean that you hope Liberty is blowing people out, so Armon can get on the floor. He's not ready to be a worthwhile contributor when the game is in the balance.

I have to agree with the previous notion. BJ is playing more of a 2 lately. I have little doubt he could handle PG duties but I think he is most effective in his role now - a high energy guy off the bench.
Justin's defense is extremely sound right now. I think both BJ and Justin are playing out of their minds right now. I don't expect BJ to keep up his double-digit pace. As much as I'd like for him too, I just think as the schedule gets tougher, he's going to settle down just a little.
