Difference in game is how Unathletic our bigs are. Rode, McDowell and Preston have slow hands that get exposed under pressure

Most of that due to LSU’s length and speed. Hard to replicate that in practice.

Great effort tonight regardless of outcome.

This game kind of shows where we are. Really good midmajor. But have problems with the athletes of high majors.

We need McGhee to bring the ball up. It sucks we have to have that happen, but it needs to be done.

Ok. A few thoughts on this game...

1. TOO Many Turnovers.
2. We lack a true point guard that can handle pressure.
3. We lack some poise overall but I think some of that is we are young. I was suprised that KR look tentative out there at times. That is not the norm for him.
4. Peebles and Venzant both need to see the floor before Dobbs going forward
5. LSU absolutely caught fire in the last 10 minutes.
6. I think we will grow a lot as the season goes on and be a different looking team by the tournament.

No moral victory in my opinion. Sure, we looked good at points but we can't keep letting pressure destroy us.

We ended up losing by 16, when we looked better than the opponent most of the night. It's a recurring problem we need to fix.
