Which means nothing. Nor does it answer the question of what you would do differently or why it was a bad plan.

There is no question our offensive PRODUCTION was lacking in the first half. Assuming the problem was a bad plan is typical #Legend In His Own Mind stuff. Looked more like plain old bad shooting to me. Maybe not quite as many good looks as we usually get, but enough to score more than 24 if we shoot the way we normally do.

Whether you realize it or not, you are implying that if you simply had a "scouting report" you could devise a better game plan than Ritchie McKay. False. #Legend In His Own Mind.

Wrong, I am not implying that.

24 points in first half.

My final post on this topic. Thank you for your patience.

It’s fascinating to watch. No scouting report. Didn’t see the game. Got updates on Twitter yet based solely on a first half score says LU needed a better offensive game plan. Doesn’t say why this one was bad or what he’d do differently. Maybe it was a bad DEFENSIVE game plan? Bless his heart.

They're really good. I think most of us would agree they're better than us right now. But that doesn't mean we can't beat them.
I really wouldn't be disappointed if we simply gave them a competitive game at their place. Averages may then be with us to win the last and more important game.

I guess if shooting poorly was our gameplan, we had a bad gameplan.

But the execution was flawless.

Didn't think I'd see a Robert Burns poem quoted on a fan message board

I thought it would be a change of pace, and it fit the discussion and summarized what happened Tuesday night pretty well
Here's a similar quote from a more modern poet.
"Everybody's got a plan until they get hit in the mouth".

Thanks for sharing, Oldflame. The above examples show the difference between an LU education (OF & BJ) Study and WVU learnin' (PH). :brownbag

Lipscomb is the better team with a number of seniors, POY, 2 1st team all conference players with length, a good enter (Peppers) a efficient PG and a very good bench. Their maturity, offensive efficiency and defense supported by a deep bench was on full display. Hopefully, we can get to their level of sustained success soon enough. They average 75 PPG on the road and 93 PPG at home which is where the next game is. We'll have a better idea then how we will do in the ASUN Tournament. I believe in the team and the leadership to get us there.

Absolutely! Compare that to, "Uh, our players didn't execute. But to God be the glory!" Coach McKay is the epitome of the kind of coach Liberty needs in every sport.
