Looking at their conference record, they are a very good team. Losses to LU by 3, Winthrop by 2, and UNC Ashville in OT.

I will not predict a loss, but I would not be surprised if KenPom has LU as an underdog in this one. Myo and Kemrite will need to stay out of foul trouble, and the Talberts will need to give us some meaningful defensive minutes.

Thursday night is huge for the race for the #1 seed. Top 4 teams in the standings all face each other.

We'll know a lot more about how this race will shake out by Friday morning.

We are alot better when we can get a game above 70. If y'all play ugly and keep it under 70, you win.

We aren't dead last in the nation anymore in FT%, we are up one spot to #346 overall. We've shot better lately, but if the game comes down to the FT line, big time advantage LU.

On the other hand, we are #10 as a team in the nation in steals (FWIW, UNCA is #8), Rideau is #4 in the nation in steals per game. If your guards are sloppy with the ball, they'll get picked.

I tend to agree with the KenPom 3 point margin, but add 5 points to each side, we manage to get it to 70 and win, 73-70.

FWIW, I see WU going into Kimmel and pulling the bit of an upset against the other set of Bulldogs. Reason...it isn't postseason....it isn't time for Kelsey to choke yet. Let WU get home floor for the tourney and watch someone stroll into Rock Hill and win.

I love good matchups. I think our defense is really starting to take it's shape for the year. I would be surprised if GW is able to put up more than 65. I think it comes down to how we shoot. I feel that way about every game. Our identity is so entrenched in our defense, I don't have true confidence that we can come out and score.

I'm not sleeping on GW. 7-6 when three teams are 10-2 isn't bad. Three of their losses to the top 3, one OT, one by 3 points and the other by 2. Should be a good game.

Anyone know what Home Court is good for in spreads? I know the NFL usually gives 3 for home turf.

My guess is there no solid number like in the NFL. College home courts are so different everywhere. From the looks of their gym, and if I were an odds maker, I would give 1.5 for home court , but take away 5.0 for their awful mascot name and spelling. RUNNIN' Bulldogs ?
