Nothing on Carter McMasters? Didn't he play one year for a D2 college in Florida? Has he used all of his eligibility?

I don't think Cárter actually used his last year, but he is way past the 5 year D1 límit to use your eligibility. D2 and NAIA have different rules and Brolin Floyd, who was in the same recruiting class, just finished his college career at D2 Limestone, over 8 years after signing his NLI with Liberty.

Seems like Carter played a year for Palm Beach Atlantic and was never heard from again.
