The game will be televised on MASN tonight.

I say we lose this one in a tight contest. I don't think they will have an answer for Big MAN MAXWELL! Our depth will continue to plague us. Turnover battle and free throw will be the keys to this game.

Didn't realize we were the youngest team in the nation. And will continue to be young next year too.

Side note. We need to get our offense more inside the 3 and quit letting radford force us so far outside.

Playing well so far. Continue to feed the post and the outside will open up more. Radford players look a little winded for a pressing team.

LU doesn't really have an inside presence. Plus, jacking the 3 is RM gospel

Maxwell is a presence in the paint. Why not continue feed our highest scorer? Jacking the three isnt working atm, since we dont shoot it particularly well

That is inaccurate. Every regular on this team not named AC Reid is shooting 40% or better from 3. Reid has made 11 of 42 and brought the team average down to 37%, which is still not bad.

Reread my post. I said ATM. Very accurate. Were shooting 18.2% for the game. Maxwell is 4/5. Just saying. and we may get better shots at 3 if we get it inside, get the double and he dishes it out to an open man.

Looks like Maxwell will do just fine playing against the Big South version of D1 basketball--shooting 80% against Radford with 9 points and 6 rebounds.

Maxwell continues to impress.

Just give the ball to maxwell. Can we clone him?

if they could've had some rebounds that's a W. They need one W to get things going imo. Team is fun to watch esp Mawell and Cabill.

Also Reid has a lot of off games. Needs to fix his shot, looks terrible.

Reid to me is not a #1,2 or 3 guy.... Complimentary player at best....

Their hard work and commitment to playing D is paying off. What grit and heart!! Undermanned, undersized, underweight, probably underage but underwhelmed. I like

It feels like he just chucks it up when he gets the ball.

Really glad McKay is back on the sidelines. This is a good basketball team. No sense in fast forwarding to next season. We're fun to watch again and getting better every game. Thanks Jeff Barber!

Reid is taking too many shots when he's off. If Dawson is as good as some on here continue to say we will win some games. They need 1 more go to scorer with cabbil and maxwell. Should've won this one.

Random side note...was going home and heard the game on 93.3, the local ESPN affiliate. Then I heard it on it's sister station, 100.9 WIQO. Then heard it again on 105.9 WLNI. Literally all of the 3 talk radio stations in VA were airing this thing. Overkill?
