While he makes an effort to imply they will benefit everyone, based on what is actually being done (locker rooms, offices, weight room, etc.) It´s pretty much all about upgrading the player experience. Not much if anything for the fans.

With all these upgrades - they need to move forward on that upgrade of the front of the Vines Center. It's so visible from the highway - would be nice to have a nice glass front on that thing...

I imagine they are waiting on a sign RE a civic center. Although throwing a facade on the Vines can't be that complicated and should have been done by now IMO
