Bob Lanier led them to the final four one year, but he was injured and they lost in the semis. I grew up not too far from there and they were always in the news during basketball season.Yeah they do have some good history from way back. Their recent history has been up and down, but mostly down. They play some of their big home games in the big arena where the Penguins play and where the NCAA has held some 1st round games. I believe the A10 Tournament is going to be there in the near future as well when the ACC takes over Barclay's Center in Brooklyn for a couple of years. I can't wait to see where Yousou Endoye lands and if he gets a chance to play in the NBA. He is the 7 footer from Africa that is a great shot blocker, rebounder and decent scorer.
