Is he any relation to Jerry Eaves who starred as a guard at Louisville in the 80's and played in NBA???

It would appear likely based on Jerry's HS alma mater and his tenure at NC A&T:

Of the three recent recruits to pop up on our radar, he's my least favorite basketball wise. Cabbil seems to be an elite scorer and Atencia seems to be the pure passer we haven't seen in awhile. Eaves? I'm not sure anything jumps out.

He shot 46.5% from 3 as a Junior. I'm pretty sure THAT jumped out at RITCHIE.

He is a cop so that changes ones perspective a bit.

He is Jerry's son. He got great basketball genes from his dad and hopefully a good PG IQ. Jerry Eaves has been a D1 HC as well as a National Championship winning PG and NBA player. Surely some of that transfered over to his son. I really hope we get him.

I haven't found a lot on Anthony, but his HS team was 17-2 and second in the State of KY at the time of this article.

This scouting report lists 3 point shooting as a weakness, but he shot 46.5% as a JR in NC.

My guess is this is a kid that is flashing possible gang signs in a picture posted to a public forum, which would be a bit of a red flag in my book, and apparently Medic's as well

just cause someone is throwing up a sign doesnt mean its a gang sign..cmon guys..me and my buddies had a sign we flashed in high school..i was far from a gang member

Yes I said possible...I would do my research into his background (within the bounds of NCAA regulations and federal laws of course)

Just realized his brother plays at App State and was 2nd team All-Sun Belt last year
