Game #15: Presbyterian

Anybody going to this slopfest? I saw ESPN3 picked up this game for some reason , and now the whole country will see what the bottom of the barrel looks like. I actually think we win this one by 5, but it wouldn't at all surprise me if we lose this one too. #FireLayer

I think we'll win this one. Presby has yet to win a D-I game (last time I looked, anyway). We've at least won a couple of those.

WIQO's Morning show couldn't give away tickets. They had three 4-packs and only gave away one.

I think I will make voyage to Lynchburg for this one. If we win I don't think it will be by 5. More like 1 or 2. A 60-59 game or 55-54.

Tomorrow will be an LU double header: ladies at 4:00 and men at 7:00. My crew is planning on being at both games.

By the way, on the ladies' side, according to the local paper, both LU and HPU are undefeated in conference at 3-0:

I think the Flames can win this one. I will be watching from Amherst Massachusetts after I call the opening Atlantic 10 game for UMass (St. Bonny).

HPU women have the 2 best players (Keys & Robertson) in the BSC and will probably share POY honors at the close of the season.

There will be 2 of us (Mrs. Chippy and I) for women's game but 5 of us for the men's game.

I'll be loading up between games. I let her pay so she feels like she is contributing

Losing at half to one of the worst D-1 teams in the country. Has our program officially reached rock bottom?

If the nacho's are any indication, yes

Theo Johnson is the only D1 player I see that could play significant minutes anywhere else. Maxwell is a foul waiting to happen. Retic looks uncomfortable as a PG. Smith? Child please. He's not 1/2 as good as he thinks he is. And Layer complains more than a vegetarian at an all you can eat BBQ
I do love AC/DC pumping through the sound system though! How can TNT NOT get you jacked up? Now I am listening to the song 'Dance' which is clearly prohibited here at LU!

Cider seems wide a wake and has his posse around him.

To see if you can pick me out of the crowd. I'm behind LU bench even with the baseline 14 rows up.

PH - Your D1 player can't hit the freebies. You need to work on that with him.

We are losing to a team with ZERO D-I wins to start conference play :doh :brownbag

Only two months till I can see our men's tennis team in Texas.

He's got solid form, not sure what his routine is. If I'm relaying on him to shoot 3's to win my team is in trouble. I'd want him to shoot a few to keep the D honest. I want him using his length to get to the rim. He's long and plays great D
