This one is on TV on WSET 13 in Lynchburg area for those of you who are local to Liberty. The WSET sister station WMYA is covering the game and simulcasting it back in VA.

In all my years of watching LU hoops, about 25 of them, and reading about other teams all over the region/country, this is the first I have ever encountered that has 'trust' issues.... I mean really who fabricated that theory...obvious it was talked about somewhere before it was brought out in the media.. But a team that's played together for 2 years having trust issues??? Gimme a break..
I think it's a cop out for an excuse of losing.
Ball teams shouldn't have trust issues, it's either lack talent issue, lack of chemistry issues, or injury issues.... Trust issues is for a bad marriage.

Trust issues effect teams all the time. Not sure how that is a cop out. If anything it makes losing even worse.

The play by play guy is B R U T A L
So is our defense. Rowsey is off to a great start. Sure glad we didn't recruit him

Rowsey is a great shooter but hes equally as bad on the defensive end. He cant keep anybody in front

Yes but they have another guard who is a great perimeter defender so it balances.

The more you watch its all sanders and marshall that are killing this team. Neither player is efficient and the more you hear about trust you can see the lack of it. Meanwhile drew smith is a human highlight reel. Man hes fun to watch

Hopefully he adds something to his game other than rebound dunks

Have you not been watching the past few weeks? He's successfully added a 15-foot baseline jumper and even successfully drove to the basket 2-3 times against Winthrop.

I'd take him in a heartbeat. We were playing some box-and-1 on him in the 1st half. Is there anyone on our team that would force another team to put a box-and-1 on us?

I'm not confident in that mid range jumper. I've seen him shoot it but I'm still shaky when he does. That will open up his drives to the bucket.

I agree it doesn't look pretty, but he's been knocking it down at a successful rate.

The worst part of that was he rebounded the block and threw it off Marshall.
