Peppers is receiving interest from Niagara, Eastern Kentucky, Liberty, Robert Morris and others but is still waiting on an offer that is likely to surface with his play this season.

At one point or another he has had Penn State, Boston College, Oregon, Utah and Holy Cross listed as schools that have been in touch with him. He had said he visited Penn State.

There is a good amount of information and exposure of him online. Personally, I'm not sure and am undecided yet if he is a project or a steal.
