I'm not sure if we call it an exhbition or not.

As for BJU, their leading scorer spent last season playing for us ... Larry Taylor.

Question: Since the women's game is at two, I assume they're charging people tickets for both games? (Unlike normally when you got two games with one ticket).

I watched a little of his game on ESPN 3 last week. He was playing really well with not a lot of help around him.

I thought Taylor transferred to Rollins College. What happened there?

Change of heart last minute. Wanted to go to a Christian college.

Maybe. I think it also may have had to do with being somewhere where he was almost gauranteed to be the star of the team

Yeah, this has gone down about as expected. Midway through the 2nd half we have the walk-ons running the floor.

Drew Smith had two tomahawk dunks where he drove the baseline and slammed it home. The guy is a human highlight film.

This is the way you are supposed to put away an inferior opponent. Maybe a bit more impressive because we sat Davon as a precaution due to a minor practice injury. Good move by Layer. I wouldn´t be surprised if thoughts of Burrus playing in the Blue White scrimmage last year and then never seeing the court during the season may have entered his mind.

Hadn't seen them since the Wilmington game, so I needed to go. I'll be at every game from here on out, starting next week in Tennessee. Hey, it was better than driving all the way to Blacksburg for a VT-Mississippi Valley State game. So there's that.

For much of the game, Coach Layer played some combination of 3 bigs at the same time: Joel, JR, Burrus, Drew, Gielo, and even Sommy. I loved seeing 3 guys in the 6'6" - 6'10" range on the court at the same time!
