I actually wish I could make it to Lynchburg for this game. I spent two years at Milligan before transferring to Liberty. Milligan is a good school and is in a beautiful part of the country. Their gym was actually a prototype for the Metrodome in Minneapolis.

If we can't enjoy watching a LU basketball team that:

* Competes at a high level
* Wins even 20% of games that are "toss ups"
* Excites the student body and community into support and attendance
* Represents LU in a "If it's Christian, it should be better" way

Then, can we at least have a little fun with the reality that so few people attend, follow or care in the least about this team that completely SUCKS !

I don't apologize when people come on here and say stuff like "this team sucks" and blah blah blah, and just say the same darn thing over and over. If someone wants to have a meaningful conversation, great.

Let's talk about solutions. Let's not post five different threads about how bad the team is. It solves nothing.

The reason I said "this team sucks" is because ...THIS TEAM SUCKS...It is simply a matter of fact. It is ok not to like that fact.....I dont like it...I want it to change...But to deny it...is simply that...living in denial......Look at our record...Look at who we've played and the scores....Any rational basketball fan would agree...."This Team Sucks" !

I think his point is that is all you ever say and it gets old, but this message board is full of people just like you. You are becoming the norm around here
