FYI, Johnathan Edwards had a pretty significant wrist injury in late December...I'm guessing he won't be available for this game (I could be wrong...just basing it on what I heard about him before they played WU last week).

This game is on MASN. What a doozy they picked.

The rest ofthe games are on MASN either live or tape delay. Tomorrow is live.

They only beat Shenandoah by 29? Shenandoah is arguably the worst NCAA team in the state. #2 team in D3 beat them by 30 and was up 37 before calling off the dogs with just under six minutes remaining...

No offense but that's kinda irrelevant. Maybe if they only beat them by 10 it would matter.

That line of reasoning is used in error by many sports fans. You could also say that, using the same logic they only lost to Maryland by 6 so they are a solid middle of the pack ACC team. Margin of victory means very little without examining how that margin was reached.

I will say that Radford is struggling mightily this year but I don't expect that to be a long term thing. Mike Jones is a good coach and Kyle Getter is a good recruiter. I know they are looking at tonight's game as a major opportunity for a win. See you guys on MASN tonight!

The Jumbotron might be on, but it will probably just have a rotating logo. This is the game for us. If we don't win, we're absolutely done. If we can dominate, it could give us some momentum going into the Winthrop and High Point games, which both of those are manageable. We could potentially take 4 of the next 5 and be back to the middle of the pack. I don't think that's wishful thinking either. I know Winthrop is tough at home, but we could handle HPU at it's place. These next 5 games will be big for Layer and the scorching hot seat he's currently perched on.

As I said MASN is basically showing the rest ofthe games but ESPN Full Court and ESPN 3 are picking it up too!

ESPN Full Court is picking up the Winthrop game on Saturday as well. Probably ESPN 3 too on Saturday but I haven't checked that. I can see the Full Court games on my Grid on DirecTV.

Radford was only up 2 at halftime, on a god awful D3 team. That is atrocious for a D1 no matter how you want to look at it. If LU doesn't win this game (or the one at Radford), they aren't going to win another game all season unless some future opponent is devastated by injuries all of a sudden.

And we trailed at halftime to VI who we went on to demolish in the second half, as RU did.

Look, it doesn't really matter.

On the bright side, JVP is playing very well in this game. His FT's have also improved a lot.
