I mean this an all seriousness, it seems like we have a lot more knee/ leg injuries on our mens and womens bball teams than most teams.
John Brown
Sommy Ogukwe
Steven Baird

SCAR never had those problems on the rubberized Schillling floor, and it gave him more spring for the DUNK against ETSU.

I've only ever heard of the floor causing fractured feet. And we have had a few of those.

Yeah but we hated playing on that tartan floor man. We had a lot of injuries on that too. But I do agree that it appears that there is an inordinate amount of knee/foot injuries in our programs. Not sure if that is perception or reality in terms of how Liberty compares to other schools' injury rate.

We practice on a rubber floor. We stretch a lot. We don't have a lot of knee blow outs. Until this year, when we will have several because I brought it up!

Ol Murphy may pop his head up coach/official Haize. I hope not tho bro. "Stay Healthy my friends."
Stretching helps out but I think the Men's team stretches a lot. I just wish the injuries would stop. I feel bad for the kids really. Esp John Brown as a 5th year senior.

I remember going to this one school back home and the floor was probably the worst Id ever stepped on. If you dove for a loose ball you'd probably come up bloody
