Marcus Graham and the Brunswick Community College Men's Basketball Team will represent District 10 in this year's national tournament, set for March 16-20 at the Sport Arena in Hutchinson, Kansas. Graham and BCC punched their ticket to the upcoming NJCAA Division I Men's Basketball National Championship Tournament with a 78-72 victory over Clinton Junior College in the title game of the Region 10 Championship game played in Charlotte. Graham picked for the all-tournament regional team, finished the title game with 13 points. After the championship game, Graham was offered an athletic scholarship to attend Liberty University or Lenoir-Rhyne University. Graham is still being recruited by approximately 10 other universities. Graham will make his decision in April. Brunswick Community College record is 23-10.

yeah, im not familiar with the rules but from reading the high school article, UNCW wanted him to go there for a year.
Maybe there is somewhere in the rule book where he can transfer after his freshmen year and be eligible???? :?: :?: i have no idea why UNCW would tell him that if he cant transfer after a year.

Normally, a JUCO player who transfers after one season has to sit out a year, just like an NCAA transfer, and then would have 3 years of eligibility. It's possible that by going to summer school he could get his Associate degree early and play right away.
