64. I had to take down Villanova in the final four to face Kentucky in the NC game. It was tough, but we pulled it out.

Let's just hope someone takes out Coastal before the finals so the Big South doesn't have to be embarrased by having the game played in that middle school gym.

Seriously, I'd love to see it end up at CSU someday under this format, just to see CSU's infrastructure implode under the weight of a national TV game.

If Barclay ever builds up a good program down there, watch KK's suits for severe sweat stains. Or worse...

You would think CSU would head for the North Charleston Coliseum if that scenario ever came to fruition.

I literally don't know how they'd produce a national-caliber broadcast from there. I don't think they've ever had even a regionally televised game produced from the BucDome. The North Charleston Coliseum would have to be reserved well in advance because it's constantly in use with hockey/concerts/etc., and for the costs, it wouldn't be worth it (considering the situation of CSU hosting a semi or final hasn't come close to happening yet). If I was CSU in that situation, I'd try and arrange something with College of Charleston to use their facility if it came to that (CofC would be away for the SoCon tourney anyway)...great facility and not too far from home. McAlister Fieldhouse (Citadel's gym) would be ok too, though it isn't nearly as nice of a facility as CofC's.

I don't see what all the debate is about though- this tourney is at Kimble until someone knocks off Coastal- CSU is the 7 seed for Pete's sake, could it happen? Sure... any team could put 3 games together, but VMI would have to be in the final for CSU to host- anyone betting on that scenario needs to come to terms with reality.. Yes- I understand the hypothetical nature of the question this being a message board & all..

All the schools with bigger arena's aren't good enough to host the tourney this year otherwise.. no matter how much money you throw into athletics, sometimes you just can't buy wins... but hey, it's a nice arena for concerts & other events such as women's basketball...
