This should be an interesting game. Hopefully the Flames are rested and ready to play hard.

It'd be nice to win this game and the rest of this tournament.

Looks like channellsurfing has pulled our game in favor of Elon vs. Ohio U.

It'll likely get added in a little bit. Just keep checking.

Dude, Duke Edsall is reffing this game. I wish we could get him in Lynchburg. That'd be fun.

Kyle gets us on the board from 2, and they come back and score inside.

I wonder why James was starting over Konan.

Konan started. It was a clerical error.

They've got Pat playing two minutes and James playing four so far. I wonder if that's right or if it's flipped or what the deal is?
Either way, we seem to be playing at least decent. We're down four right now and we're not shooting the ball that well. Hopefully we get that changed.

Trailing 30-23 with 4 minutes in the half.

Ok, the bad shooting has started getting to us. Down 12 and shooting under 30% while they're shooting 50%. Had basically the same amount of shots. They're just knocking them down.
Edit: We scored five while I was typing this.

I am starting to think that playing these lower level teams was not such a good idea. Doesn't prepare you for this level of competition

Kyle just hit from 3 to cut the lead to 32-28.

Has there ever been a schedule you didn't complain about? The coaches will tell you that after that stretch run we did in the first two weeks of the season our players needed to play those two games. They needed a couple games to get their confidence up. Layer may have even said that publicly in an interview.

And time to breath and regroup after that tough stretch.

BTW the Lady Flames trail UVa by four at the break despite only 2 from Devon.

5 dimes and boards for the Texan point guard, as well.

Just hope he can add 5-8 points to that as well.

Would be nice. 8/8/8 is like the perfect "Jesse Game", assuming limited turnovers... (2 so far)
