I just saw the press release where Sanders and Baird have now officialy signed with LIberty. Two great additions for next year.

Nice to have 2 of the top 3 highest rated recruits in the Big South this year. I would not be suprised if we get 1 or 2 more in the spring as we continue to transition to Layer's style.

Baird travelled three hours to play alongside Sanders as a member of the HCYA Warriors this season.

SB is the only one I know personally and let me say this, he's just as good of a person as he is a player. This is a very straight laced kid that has his priorities in all the right places. Cant wait to get him here on campus.

The pics I took of John Caleb & Stephen a few weeks back were from the first weekend that they had played together as HCYA teammates. He told me then he didn't know if he would be able to keep up the rigorous travel schedule. Stephen's house is 3 hours west of Houston. But he wanted to give it a shot. I'll do my best to catch as many HCYA games as possible this season. But they travel regionally a great deal of the time.

well in fairness Baird was overrated in the beginning, dropped to a 2 star on scout and to an 87 on espn. thats a lot more reasonable than what he was.

I let most of your non sense slide but how in the heck are you even trying to pretend to speak intelligently about a player that I can almost guarantee you've never actually seen play? When the UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY offered him I would have to believe he was a 90+ or one of the lowest recruits ever....yeh, I'm sure it was that, they wanted to set a record for the lowest rated player to every wear their uni

Scholarship offers are given and pulled all the time. And as for Kentucky couldn't you actually say it was the low point of their program when he was being offered? Their coach was run out of town and likes to pound a few back before driving.

I'm "that guy" as I was referred to. As for signing the kid who "avoids the post like it is an infectious disease" congrats, I didn't realize a revolving door program had a shot at a slightly above average Big South recruit with an 87 rating. I was wrong. Again, congrats on getting him to sign.

PS. Could you guys try to stop getting blown out on national television? Hasn't Liberty had enough black eyes in the public spotlight over the years?

Where is Radford? I have never heard of that school. I think I heard that name being thrown around during the NCAA tourny when they got man handled. I cant recall anything else I have EVER heard that was GOOD about...I forgot the name of the school already...OH it was that JuCo called Radford!

It's amazing to watch the Radfurd fans come on here and speak about a player none of them have seen play. I'm sure your thriving in the work place with the idea that its smart to try and speak intelligently about something your actually quite ignorant on. I clearly haven't been paying attention because HCYA had a game Tuesday night about 20 minutes from my house. They are about 40 minutes away tomorrow night. Not sure if I have built up enough goodwill equity in my house to pull that off tomorrow. May have to wait until next month when they have several in town games.
