6'5 180 Shooting Guard
Charis Prep (NC)
We expect mid level schools to line up with bigger guys becoming intrigued with the prospect of adding a big wing shooter. East Carolina, Old Dominion, Georgia, Virginia, UNC-Greensboro, North Carolina State, Liberty and Georgia State have expressed interest.

It listed two kids we supposedly have interest in for 2010 in that article. Barring a transfer we are already full for 2010.

We actually are returning a lot from last year, it's just that 3 of those returning players didn't play last year due to injury or transfer rules. We lost 4 players (3 transferred and 1 graduated). We picked up a schollie we had lost due to academics, and we have brought in 5 freshmen. If you look at what has happened in some other programs lately, that really isn't that extreme a turnover. Of course when 2 of the 4 players you lose are as good as Smitty and Seth, we clearly have some big shoes to fill.

Could be a back up plan, in case we dont land Bowen.

Bowen is a 2011 prospect. This kid would be someone we might sign if someone on our current squad leaves.

It has become comical. The word transfer has become a curse word around here.

When you say "he" are you referring to Bowen? I thought he was for 2011

Yes.
Sly also broke the news of him coming for an official visit. So unless he's going to prep, Bowen is 2010.
