Oh yeah, he just committed to UVA today. How about that. I gotta tell you, it hasn't even been a full off season and I'm already tired of this. I don't see how a Charlotte Christian kid could have watched what happened and choose to throw his lot in with this mercenary.

“We liked that they’re starting over,” said Anthony Mitchell, when asked what attracted his family to the Virginia program, “and one of the keys to the program was coach McKay. He’s the one who’s been watching the longest time, starting back in 10th grade.
“He really knows and loves Akil. That was the biggest deciding factor — having a coach who knows my son.”
I remember this kid from the camp this summer. He was pretty good but he wasn't one of the top 5 players in the camp. He definitly was a stand-out, he just wasn't one of the best there.
