Wisconsin Bloggers May Have Scared Away a Top 30 Basketball Recruit
“Just to see how these so-called Wisconsin fans, what they had to say on those blogs,” he said, “it really made me second-guess: Do people really want me here?
“Because I know if I was a fan and I heard about a recruit I’d be more like: ‘What can we do to help him?
“And not: ‘Let’s make him feel like the worst person in Madison right now.’
“That is how I felt. I felt like I was in a corner, trapped and I couldn’t get out…
“I just felt like it was so unnecessary. I don’t think I’m that worse of a guy. Sometimes I might be tired and have a little attitude…I don’t think I’m a horrible person.
“These 40-year-old adults talking about somebody who don’t got their license yet. I just felt it was so unnecessary…
We tend to do the opposite to our recruits. We hold them up as superstars when most of us just heard of them when we signed them, but I think of few of us here have mentioned current players that weren't particularly pleased with what we've posted. I've always got something like this in the back of my mind. On the flip side, we should sign up at winthropfans and just rail on their recruits.

There are so many jokes that I could say but they're just wrong. You know what they are, because they're a typical conversation between us, but they're way too wrong to post on here.

1) That is very true that we need to only say postive things about players and recruits.
2) Sign me up!

But no one reads the Radford boards, so it'd be pointless.

With the chances of 1-3 that everytime you sit on a toilet you will catch something that stays with you forever, and a 1-2 chance that you will catch something drinking after someone... I would say its tough to find people and they do just fine, So Im not sure that it would matter what is said on a message board
